The User Interface is….. Kinda bad honestly. In terms of UX design, since iPhones screens are so small, and the items displayed
on the screen are so big, its going to make navigating so much more of a hassle than before. The other one was fine, now its just worse by making it look more 'Social media like'. Most people honestly done care to read a ton into a game before they try it, they download, use and delete if it isnt good. I havent payed for many apps on iOS so Im not sure, but on android if you want to return a game after trying it out you can. Generally within the first few minutes of having it. They put less in front of you than before, if anything this sort of a design will make it harder for less known developers to get recognized, unless of course their app miraculously shows up on this 'Today' tab. But knowing apple its probably only a paid sections, like an advertisement.

Not bad tbh. Should be interesting to see if this picks up App Store usage.

I love how Apple have to keep telling us how wonderful and beautiful their work is…… I think they are just trying to convince themselves.

On one hand it looks nice, on the other, it just looks like everything has been overused way too much. Finding a specific app list for example, will take more swiping/tapping…. not very useful.

why is there a need to hog all the screen real estate? Steve Jobs must have left atleast 20 years worth of stuff to build apple cmon man this is awful. Samsung is innovating while Apple is just repackaging what already exists on the market.

Looks like an alternate shitty appstore where you need to scroll all the way down to find an app that refreshes when u exit the app

This just gives Apple a chance to charge developers even more money to have their app placed at the very top of the page..

"Do something we have never done before, redesign the App Store". You know, except that redesign for iOS 6, oh and the one for iOS 7.

So how is any app developer besides the big guys get recognized in this dumb UI?? Why change something that didn't need it??? Epic fail.

I still never updated to 10.0, and that is because when I get the iPhone 8 (I have to buy it outright because I'm not in a contract, but have unlimited data), it will be like getting a new phone, in every aspect!…………..but I don't know about this.

THE APP STORE SHOULD HAVE A WAY TO SORT YOUR PREVIOUSLY DOWNLOADED APPS IN CATEGORIES… OTHERWISE IT JUST LOOKS LIKE TOTAL MESS. HARD WAY TO SEARCH FOR WHAT I DOWNLOADED BEFORE!!

I think the redesign was a waste of time and money. Now, we'll see LESS content and have to work just a bit more to see other apps. Really disappointed.

And the app store doesn't look beautiful! It's boring and bland.

don't want to be pushy, but her presentation was awful; the way she talked, tried to make jokes etc. etc.
